Fiddle leafs are best suited to indoors and are considered a high light indoor plant, meaning they enjoy a well lit and bright room but do not like direct sunlight beaming onto them.
Figs can drink a lot of water, allowing them to produce their massive, rich green leaves. They do not like to live in the mud however. Allow the top of the soil to dry out between waterings. To check if your plant is ready for another drink, stick your finger into the soil about an inch and if it is dry then pour away!
Keep the leaves clean of dust as dust can block light absorption and if possible, for best growth, fertilise during the warmer seasons.
